This is my interpretation of the Sydney Harbour Bridge in wood train scale for brands like BRIO, Lillabo or Lidl.
The bridge is designed as a robust assembly of six parts where each part can be printed on an a1 mini.
For an adault assembly of the parts shouldn't be a problem with a well calibrated printer and well cleaned support structure interfaces.
How to print:
- suspension: no support, 3 walls, 15% infill
- portal: support in interface to tracks mandatory (draw manaully) elso, no support needed, 3 walls, 15% infill
- track: support mandatory (automatic)
What to print:
- 2x portal
- 2x suspension
- 2x track
Assembly:
place the two portals on a table

Place suspension parts in between the portals

Insert the first track into the portal and take care that the portal and suspension are propperly aligned.
Hold the portal with both hands. The index fingers are placed on the lower part of the suspension.
The thumbs gently press the track into the slot. Gently wiggle if necessary.

Insert second track and push both tracks along the slot in the suspension parts. The index fingers are placed on the lower part of the suspension. The thumbs press gently press the track into the slot. Gently wiggle if necessary.

Gently press and wiggle the tracks through the slots until the tracks align with the recess of each portal
