I'm excited to share my modular 10mm LED strip (HSW) mount with diffuser! This system makes creating custom lighting setups a breeze. The LED strip holder and diffuser are designed to print in 240mm sections, which can be seamlessly connected using the included dowels and HSW mounts.

Bellow is a breakdown of included components
 

• LED strip holder (for 10mm wide strips)
• Diffuser
• End cap
• End cap with cable pass-through
• Cable holder (attaches to the back of the LED strip holder)
• HSW mounts with print in place hinges
• HSW static mounts (short/60mm and long/100mm versions) with 45, 75, 90 (straight down), and 115-degree angles. I'm also working on an adjustable mount design that I hope to release soon!

Printing Tips:

• Print in PLA or PETG (PETG recommended due to heat generated by LEDs)
• For diffuser if you have translucent PLA or PETG give it a shot (Mine is in the mail and have not tested yet)
• Make sure your plate is clean when printing diffusers for good bed adhesion 
• If you need to make a length that is not multiple of 240mm just slice the diffuser and LED strip holder to required length in Bambu Studio

Assembly Tips:

• I recommend lightly sanding or lapping the LED holder end that had a brim on it for a cleaner connection
• Glue is not necessary but recommended for pins connecting the pieces and endcaps 
• If the print in place rotating HSW mounts are too loose you can try printing the STL file with 0.1mm clearance. Print in place hinge quality really depends on the state of each printer and filament
