Bottle Top - Uncle Sam Hat — STL Grátis

This is a bottle top decoration piece just in time for the people of the USA.

Print a few and give them as gifts to your friends and family.

The topper has a 32mm hole to fit must US bottles of beer, wine, Malort, or yellow mustard.

The model is in many pieces:

Hat brim and belt – red changes to blue at layer 26
Striped top – red to white stripes at layers 44, 88, 132, 176, 220, and 264 (this assumes you use the .16mm layer height in the project)
Stars – I printed 9 and used 8. These are very small and were glued in place using dollar store superglue.

No supports are needed for the starts or brim but the striped hat is oriented on its side and is printed with normal supports. The supports separated pretty well.

I printed this in PLA. Fuzzy skin was used to hide the sins.

Good enough for the bottles we drink.
