Items required M-3 and M-3 also M-4 heat set insert nuts. tiny 1CM screws to attach the tactile switch holders to the faceplate. 

I used 6mm x 6mm x 3.5mm tactile switches.

I use mine in VR so didn't connect a rheostat to the unit, or a monitor either.

This is a basic VR setup, basically plug and play.
