regular print mode

- 0.2 mm layer height
- Top / Bottom pattern concentric
- infill 100% concentric
vase / spiral mode
For example:
- wallsize 1.2 mm
- nozzle 0.6 mm
- extrusion wide 1.2 mm
- layer height 0.3 mm
