Do you want a over-engineered modular desktop tool holder requiring no supports, no tools, no hardware at all. Do you want an optional bottom storage tray which can be interchanged with a 4x3 Gridfinity base and a optional top storage shelf for those pesky little hex bits. You do?! Well have I got the model for you. 

Ok lets get serious. 

This is a modular desktop tool holder mostly intended for screwdrivers. Everything is designed to be printed without supports and assembled using only dove-tail joints so no hardware is required. The components are:

• Legs - The only required component. costs roughly 90g to print.
• Row modules - Upto 5 rows can be installed. A assortment of different standard row modules is included in the 'row modules' print profile. I've also included the custom row modules I've used for myself in a sperate print profile. Detail specs for each module can be found below. rows tend to cost between 40-50g. A blank row module is also included in the raw files if you wish to make your own custom modules.
• Bottom Tray - Optional bottom tray may be installed for some extra storage. tray has two dovetails which engage with the legs when installed.
• Bottom 4x3 Gridfinity Base - Optional replacement for the bottom tray. also locks into the legs with two dovetails. Can also be fitted with magnets for compatible Gridfinity bins.
• Top Shelf - Optional top self may be installed.

Equal Modules have 5 or 6 holes all of equal size, available sizes are:

• 4mm
• 5mm

Incrementing Modules

Incrementing Modules have 6 holes that increment by 1mm.  Available sizes are:

• 4-9mm
• 5-10mm
• 6-11mm
• 7-12mm

Custom Row Modules

Included in the raw stls is blank module that can be used to create custom modules. I've also included my own collection of custom modules in the ‘custom modules' print profile.

Tips

Make sure the dovetails are clean before assembling as the tolerances are rather tight. small imperfections can get jammed when assembling.
