Description
ARRRG! The Pirates have left the captain marooned for too long! Now He's a swashbuckling skeleton! Based on the minifig and fun to assemble requiring no supports or ams to print.
Update 3-27-25!. Updated screw for head to be easier to assemble. Moved neck to torso and made pin one long but even sized pin to help assembly
To assemble

Insert the face parts into the head at a downward angle and screw the neck base into the head. I usually work the treads back and forth as I insert it to ensure it threads freely.

Next slip the elbow connector into each arm half, note there are left and right arms so that the connectors face the inside. Then push the retainer pins into place to lock it together.

For the peg leg, simply screw them together using the screw connector, working it back and forth as you thread it together same as the head.

Take the torso halves and place them together and slide the retention pins and neck into the torso, noting the short pins go in the legs. I like to put the arms and legs on before the retention pins but the do clip on and off. make the peg leg whichever side you like or make them both peg legs!

Take the white skull and crossbones piece and insert the three black inserts from the front and the eye and nose insert from the rear making sure to go straight in with each. then insert the whole assembly into the hat.

If you choose to use the plume, simply place the halves together and insert the pins as shown, note the angle of the long pin.

For the cutlass, slide the connector into the handle, slip the blade over the other end and insert the two retention pins!
And all thats left is to place the head on the torso and hat on the head, place the plume, cutlass and bottle if you choose them and your pirate skeleton is complete! If you've already printed my other skeleton and just want to make it a pirate, all the basic parts are the same! just print the parts you want and you're all set! Thank you for checking this out!
