TO assemble bar all you need is a m3x20 screw.. I had noticed when I'm printing account for filament and shrinkage, when I printed everything out of the same filament it all fit together very nicely... Personally I would shrink the breaker bar down just a little bit to make sure the anvil fits in all the sockets...
