I searched for a silverware ornganizer which fits my cutlery. But as it is with cutlery every set has different sizing. 
So after a web search i stumbled over the OpenSCAD from @Jamie on Printables. I though this will fit my needs. However, as i printed one or two created models. I realized I need to have a cutout in the middle for better access to the forks etc.

Now I present you another remix, specially made for knifes here for your use. Happy Printing.

Measure Guide

I'll provide you here a step by step measure guide with one of my knifes as an example

1. Take your desired knife and your caliper and maybe a folding rule.

2. First measure the width of the sharp part as in the next picture.

   

3. Then you measure the width of the handle part.

   

4. The third parameter you need is the length of the knife.

   

5. And last we need the height of the knife like in the next image. This should be the min height you have to enter in the parameter section.

   

   
   
   The last parameters which you have to decide are:

• Finger width: The width of the cutout in the middle. I would go between 20 and 40 mm.
• Seperator wall: The minimal width of the walls between the cutouts for the cutlery.
• Margin: The clearance on the sides and ends of the cutouts for the knifes
• Numer of knifes: How many knifes you want to have in the gridfinity block. 
• $fn: Number of facets for the curved surface.  Lower means more like low poly and higher is smoother. I used 512 for the models in the 3mf.
• Other gridfinity features like magnet diameters or screw depth and floor thickness
