IMPORTANT: This model was only tested using a 0.2mm nozzle! Unlike the Mini B version (see my other models) the slicer preview does show the whole model so it should work, however, I cannot guarantee a perfect fit!

What is it? 

This is a port plug/dust protector for USB micro B ports (which one is that again? see last photo!), typically found on cheaper or somewhat older devices (for example, the Dualshock 4 controller or older android phones). 

Unlike the Mini B, some rubber dust plugs can be somewhat easily found online, however, I couldn't personally justify buying a whole pack when I only needed two. I decided to pull out the callipers and create a model I could print instead! After a few iterations, I landed on this model which fits snugly in my Dualshock 4 controller's port but is still easy to remove when needed. Best of all it only uses 0.15g of filament!

This is part of my first-ever batch of model uploads to any 3D printing repository! I'm new to this so any tips/feedback is always appreciated!

Print Settings:

This profile used the stock 0.06mm Standard Profile settings in Bambu Studio. Here are some of the major settings it uses:

• 0.06mm layer height
• 0.1mm initial layer height
• 15% infill (Gyroid)
• 4 wall loops
• 7 top shell layers
• 5 bottom shell layers
• no supports needed
