紧致版耗材样品盒

由 9percent 设计的 Filament Sample ( [https://makerworld.com.cn/zh/models/129736#profileId-22733](https://makerworld.com.cn/zh/models/129736#profileId-22733) ) 是非常实用的耗材样本方案。我用这个模型打印了所有使用过的耗材的样品，并且用相应的耗材样品盒 ( [https://makerworld.com/en/models/121242#profileId-130401](https://makerworld.com/en/models/121242#profileId-130401) ) 存放。

在3D打印2年后，我尝试过的各种品牌、材料、颜色的耗材已经超过40种，原来的样品盒已经占满。如果再打印一个盒子的话，我觉得会占用太多空间，于是我设计了这个紧致版的耗材样品盒。

• 建议使用PETG打印，以便使轴有更好的强度，盒体上的卡扣部分有更好的弹性。使用PLA也是可以顺利打印的。

• 打印完盒体后可以很容易地拆除大部分支撑。对于卡扣缝隙处的支撑，使用笔刀稍用力切和推，就可以去除。

  

• 弹性卡扣有两级。从上推到底，所有耗材都被约束在盒子中。手从底部孔洞向上轻推，可到上一级卡扣，此时样品可以转动90度，便于查看。
• 设计提供10片和15片两个尺寸 (内部尺寸为20.4mm和30.4mm)，可正好容纳10片或15片耗材样品。如果样品装入后觉得紧，可以减去1片使用。
• 盒体还提供了空白表面和表面带有PLA或PETG文字的版本，你可以根据需要定制。

Compact Filament Sample Box

The Filament Sample designed by 9percent ( [https://makerworld.com/en/models/37649#profileId-36104](https://makerworld.com/en/models/37649#profileId-36104) ) is a very useful filament sample solution. I used the model to print samples of all the filaments I have used, and stored them in the corresponding Filament Sample Box ( [https://makerworld.com/en/models/121242#profileId-130401](https://makerworld.com/en/models/121242#profileId-130401) ).

After 2-year practise of 3D printing, I have tried over 40 different brands, materials, and colors of filaments. The sample box was already full. If I print another box, it would take up too much space, so I designed this Compact version of the filament sample box.

• It is recommended to print with PETG for better strength to the shaft and elasticity to the snap-fit of the box. PLA can also be used for printing.
• Most of the supports can be easily removed after printing the box. For the thin supports in the snap-fit gap, use a pen knife to gently cut and push them out.

• The snap-fit has two levels. When pushed from top to bottom, all the samples are fixed in the box. When you gently pushes up from the bottom hole, snap-fit reaches the upper level, where samples can be rotated up to 90 degrees for easy viewing.
• The design offers two sizes (internal width of 20.4mm and 30.4mm) for 10 samples and 15 samples. If it's too tight after loading all samples into the box, you may removed one for more spacious movement.
• The design also provides several versions of the box, with blank surfaces or with tags of PLA/PETG, which can be easily customized according to your needs.
