Filament Dryer Temperature Controller Mount

This mount is compatible with the XH-W3001, XH-W3002, and XH-W3005 temperature controllers (W3001,W3002,W3005).

To install it, you will need:

4 M4 bolts
1 M4 thread tap

Installation Instructions

Drill two holes (4mm in diameter) in the correct positions.
Tap the holes using an M4 thread tap to create threads in the print.
Insert the M4 bolts from the inside of the box to the outside, where you want to attach the temperature controller.
Secure the mount by tightening the two bolts. Once in place, insert the small cylinders to cover the bolt heads.
Attach the temperature controller on top of the mount and use the remaining two bolts to secure it.
Finish by inserting the last two small cylinders into the holes on the back to cover the bolts.

That’s it! Your temperature controller is now securely mounted to your filament dryer box.

Tips & Notes

If you're mounting two temperature controllers, print all parts together. If you're using just one, choose the side with the seam on the back for a cleaner look.
The small cylinders can be tricky to insert—use pliers or tweezers for better grip.
PLA is not heat-resistant. If mounting inside the box, use PETG, ASA, or ABS to prevent deformation.
