This is a simple sanding block using a cam mechanism to hold the sandpaper.

The fusion 360 file is available and parametric for creating different size.

Printing recommendation:

• I print the braces and pegs with 100% infill

• Support only need for the cam

• 3 different sizes: 40x120mm, 50x120mm, 60x120mm
• The 2nd plate of the profile is if you want to add the grit of the sandpaper on the size
