A holder for deburring tool blades. The handle I had allowed the blade to rotate, which is great for deburring tools but inconvenient for deburring edges of parts, which is primarily what I use these tools for. This handle is designed with an undersized hole, so the blade can be inserted while heated, and melted into place for a rigid grip.

4 walls, 30% infill. Fuzzy skin makes a nice grippy texture with point distance and thickness both set to 0.1

Recommended material is PLA for easier installation.

To install blades:

I recommend first grinding or filing a flat into the base of the blade. This is probably not necessary but it should help the blade to stay in place without rotating.

Then clamp the blade into a vice, or hold with pliers while heating with a small torch or heat gun. Be careful not to let the blade get too hot. Too much heat can ruin the heat treat of the blade and cause it to dull quickly. If it starts turning red, you have heated it too much. This is why I recommend printing in PLA, so you don't need very much heat.

While the blade is hot, slide the handle over the blade, making sure the blade goes into the hole. You'll need to use a little pressure to push it in all the way. Hold it steady for about 10-20 seconds, making sure not to rotate it until it cools enough for the handle to harden back up.
