Picatinny Rail Foregrip with Threaded Insert sized for 2x AAA batteries & TPU O-Ring

Printed in PA6-CF - 99% Gyroid Infill.

4 Horizontally printed plugs for added strength.

Hardware -

38mm #10 Socket Head Cap Machine Screw (35/36mm would fit best)  *38 was what ace hardware had in stock.

#10 Hex Nut with matching thread

M5 hardware will also work for a tight fit.

For added strength (Pictured in photos)  *Fumes from soldering plastic are toxic, proceed with caution at your own risk.

 - Bend a paperclip into shape picture x2 and x2 mirrored copies.

 - With Soldering Iron (in a well ventilated area, preferably with a vacuum ventilation system) hot press melt into front and back face ~1mm or so in from picatinny mounting < & > (location pictured).

 - Ran soldering iron across < & >. (location picture, weakest point of print)

 - Break off/cut a 3" or so chunk of PA6-CF filament and melt over the paperclips as well as on top of the 4 Hex plugs pressed into the top.
