I've seen a couple of similar holder, can't tell witch one was the original one, but I fully re-designed it, slightly different attachment between the tiles and for the minifig.

Also option to have a honeycomb kind of pattern for the background. 

EDIT : Added a new background following a request, to match the S T A R W A R S theme.
