Display your baseball collection with these stacking trays! Designed to be lightweight and minimize filament usage while still functional and weight-bearing, you can stack one, two, or three trays on top of each other to display up to 12 baseballs!

Base x1

Stacker with Posts x2

Top x1

This will print the design as pictured.

Assembly Instructions:

1. Press fit one Stacker with Posts onto the Base. Note that the parts only align with the holes and pegs both towards the back. If they're not fitting together, rotate the Stacker 180 degrees. 
2. Press fit up to two more Stackers with posts on top to first one. You can technically add an unlimited amount of Stackers, but do so at your own risk!
3. Finish by adding the top. It also only has post holes towards the back, so make sure to orient it correctly.

Important Notes:

1. This model is designed to press fit tightly together. The pegs are 5mm square and the holes are 5.2mm square. This press fit well on my A1 with my filament, but if you have not calibrated your filament, your results may vary. If you are concerned about fit, or just want a looser fit, set X-Y contour compensation to -0.1mm on the Stackers and Base. In Bambu Studio, that setting is under the Quality tab.
2. This model is 255mm wide, so I highly encourage using bed leveling immediately prior to printing
3. On the A1, you can technically fit three parts on one plate. This fills the whole bed, so does not work for the P1 and X1 which have the exclusion zone, thus why I've set it up with the print profile as it is. If you have an A1, feel free to add another stacker to tray 1 if desired!
