Delight in the charm of this 3D-printed BRIO replica toy train set, crafted to inspire hours of imaginative play. The set includes:

• Engine Cart: A beautifully designed engine cart with smooth contours, capturing the essence of classic wooden train toys.
• Coal Cart: A sturdy cart filled with 3D-printed "coal," adding a realistic and nostalgic touch to the train's design.
• Tracks: A set of interlocking tracks that easily assemble, allowing for endless creative configurations and layouts.

If you want to use the AMS to print with some color variation the 3rd plate has been added. ( See image below)

There are 5 coal pieces in the print file but i recomment printing a few more for a fuller cart. You may also want to have different sizes so for that you can scale the part in the slicer. 

I have added supports manually where needed but in as few places as possible.

Assembly: 

Start by fastening one of the wheels to the wheel axis using a C-clip. (the c-clip goes on the outside of the wheel to lock it in place)

Put the wheel axis in one of the holes on the bottom of the engine cart and then attach a wheel and another C-clip to the other side. Locking the wheels in place. 

After this do the same to the second set of wheels for the engine cart.

To assemble the top of the engine cart start by using the smaller of the two pins and attach the two parts.

Then use the larger of the two pins to attack the top to the bottom. 

After that use the chimney with its long locking pin to lock it all in place. 

After the engine cart is fully assembled you can assemble the coal cart. 

Start by attaching the wheels using the C-clips in the same way as previously described 

After this simply attach the top part of the wagon with the pin already attached to the bottom of it. 

After that add the desired amount of Coal

And then place the assembled pieced on the printed tracks
