Modular spool holder / roller you can print from. I needed one for Sunlu 5 kg spool and decided to do modular build and tested with bambu spool too. 

Length: 172 mm (~184 mm with rolls)

Height: 29.6 mm (~43 mm with rolls)

Currently supported spool widths:

58 mm (separate print profile)

67 mm (Bambu)

146 mm & 148 mm (5kg)

This model uses 608 bearings, I tested with printable bearings too, but at least with the 5kg roll I recommend using real ones as it is very heavy and smooth rolling is required.

You can connect multiple rollers together with the connector part:

Instructions:

• push the bearing inside the roll from the wider side. (Optional press tool added)
• push rod through the bearing
• add the small rings both side (these prevent rolls moving sideways)
• insert the assembled roll to the chassis from top

Sanding the seam on rolls is recommended to allow smooth rolling.

The spacers and connectors should snap in place when pushed from bottom (this is pretty tight fit to keep it attached)
