This is NOT my design, this is just my print profile of a model created by a community member - please go to their page and give them some support (linked appropriately). 

This is an LED drop in feature for the HasLab “Two in the Box” Ghost Trap created by BrittanyMonreal (https://www.thingiverse.com/brittanymonreal/designs). She was generous enough to grant me permission to post a print profile here. 

Please note that I have only printed the parts and am attempting to assemble at this time. I will post updates with the parts I have successfully used as I progress. I have added BrittanyMonreal's diagram for reference for assembly and wiring. 

UPDATE:

Printing, assembly and installation is complete for my first attempt. It works quite well but I ran into some fitment issues that may be related to my oversized battery. See pictures for details. 

The coils print without supports in current orientation with PLA. They aren't 100% perfect on the underside (see pics) but it is nice to not have to deal with supports in such small areas. The base also requires supports in a few spots but none of the other parts need supports.

  • This flashlight LED bezel fits in the bezel ring (Plate 05) Also, this flashlight comes with a 18650 battery installed and has an on / off switch and recharge capability.

You will also need:

• Wire of sorts - I plan to use generic 20 gauge wire I have lying around.
• 18650 battery (creator recommends rechargeable with charger). I have some Streamlight brand 18650's lying around that I plant to use. UPDATE: The Streamlight batteries I have are too long to fit for some reason. Will be testing with different batteries in near future.
• Method to connect wires to LED, switch, battery contacts, etc. Soldering recommended, solder sleeves may work for some aspects.
