I patented this design about 8 years ago - GB2558298. I use them for gardening and around the house as cable ties.

It was designed so that it can easily be tied and untied, and cut into smaller lengths to create multiple smaller ties. I generally print 20 at a time, using Bambu TPU Blue (51600), and they print great every time.

For anyone interested in selling these after making them… I believe here in the uk a roll of bambu 51600 is around £40 delivered, and this can make around 495 individual cable ties. 

Similar (but Inferior lol) products sell for around £4.50 for 25. So if you have a buyer who wants these cable ties they are definitely viable financially to make and sell by 3d printing them.
