Wings use connecting rods that simply get inserted after placing the 2 halves together. You can use glue to secure the wings after, but its not required.

His bow uses a connecting rod that inserts into the end stop. From there you line up the 2 halves of the bow and slide the connecting rod in. Connecting rod is bigger on one side, so be careful to insert it correctly.
