This Print is designed to shuffle standard sized playing cards such as Uno, Skipbo, Cards Against humanity, ect. 

Approximately 17 hours of print on 4 separate prints. 

approximately one hour of sanding to make the press fit…. well fit. 

NOTE:

•  there are left and right handed threads for the rods/gears to screw on to (on separate prints) 
• The pins on the “main body” that press fit into the “back plate” may need some sanding due to the bridging sagging and needing a tight tolerance. 
• the threading of the gears in to the retainer back pieces may need to be sanded down to get them to screw together. 
• printing the smallest gears as one item at a time may allow for not using the raft function, so that the finish matches. as shown i printed on a raft and sanded down which makes these gears not look good visually.
