Tight tolerances! You may need to bend the pieces a bit to loosen the pieces a bit.

This is fully 3d printable with print-in-place pieces. Everything should snap together or slide but they need to be loosened a bit (so make sure you move all the pieces around before assembly, bend the pieces a bit to break the stubborn pieces - the wheel needs to be pressed/bent quite a bit for wetter filaments).

Assembly

Assemble the top and bottom lid pieces.

Turn the wheel so the line is straight and slide the lid into the box.

Rotate the wheel so that the flat part is flush with the side.

Rotate the wheel 180 degrees and slide the top middle tile up to lock the wheel.

Mix up the pieces and add the plug!
